EMILY RICH is managing editor of the Bay to Ocean Journal, a publication of the Eastern Shore Writers Association. Previously, she served as editor of the Delmarva Review and as nonfiction editor of the Little Patuxent Review. Emily has taught memoir writing at the Writers Center in Bethesda, MD and through the Lighthouse Guild at Salisbury University. Her work has been published in The Pinch, Hippocampus, and Cutbank online, among others. She has twice been listed as a notable in Best American Essays. She lives on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with her husband and three raucous Labradors.
