KIDDADA ASMARA GREY is a five-time author, launching her literary journey with the debut novel, Miss Polite’s Stained Heart. She stands as a powerful Political and Social Justice Advocate, channeling her extensive background into driving systemic change and individual empowerment. With a Master's degree in Conflict Management, Grey is a recognized expert in resolving complex interpersonal and organizational conflicts. Her work as a Restorative Justice Practitioner and certified mediator actively promotes healing and reconciliation, fostering common ground in divided communities. As a seasoned life coach, she applies cognitive-behavioral strategies to help clients overcome adversity and build the resilience required to navigate a challenging world. Kiddada specializes in empowering women to overcome relational, divorce, and career challenges, ensuring they thrive both personally and professionally. Her holistic approach is centered on transforming conflict into an opportunity for growth and self-discovery. Grey also hosts Conflict Whisperer, further extending her reach to audiences seeking inspiration and practical wisdom.

KASEY ROGERS is the author of the memoir Our Better Selves and novel The Color of Frost, a work which provided the inspiration and blueprint for the I Know Why She Stayed Initiative. Early in her career, Rogers spent two decades in the commercial film industry in NYC, working on both broadcast and interactive projects for some of the world’s largest ad agencies. She brings her skills as a filmmaker, writer, speaker and advocate to her position as CEO of the I Know Why She Stayed Initiative, which aims to expose the impact of the systemic financial abuse of women.
