JIM DUFFY has written six books about travel, history, and culture on the Delmarva Peninsula. He publishes under his own banner, Secrets of the Eastern Shore. He is best known for his two collections of “Eastern Shore Road Trips.” His new book is “Ordinary Heroes of Old Delmarva: Inspiring True Tales of Courage, Kindness, and Community.” Earlier in his career Duffy worked as a newspaper reporter in Chicago and magazine editor and writer Baltimore.
